I don't make my schedule too tight.
저는 일정을 너무 빡빡하게 잡지 않아요.

I could never get how some people have their schedules planned down to the minute. Hats off to anyone who does that. My mom's a real estate agent, and if I look at her schedule book, I'll see 8:35 a.m. appointment, then 9:55 conference call, 11:30 lunch, day after day. I don't think I could handle the pressure from a tight schedule like that for any extended amount of time. My time management looks like this ... Barring any appointments, I have projects and deadlines. So I'll break those up into manageable pieces and spread them out over my schedule as I see fit. If I finish any day's tasks early, I can get a head start on the next ones. Now, is this ideal? Maybe not. I could probably get more work done if I managed my time better. But until I'm a famous celebrity or a business executive who has appointments planned months in advance, I think it works fine for what I do now.
