Restaurant: Bennigans

I would like to talk about what I upset about last night at Bennigans. There are a bunch of restaurant we can call "Family Restaurant" in Korea such as TGIF, Bennigans, Outback, Seven Springs and so on. I am crazy about steak, spagetti sth like that. That is why I could get there a lot.

Yesterday, it's our special day for our couple so we need great great place to have dinner. Actually there is a restaurant we usually spend for that day. We, however, changed to go to Bennigans just because of Free Beer. Of course we have to pay only for one bottle, which is around over 3,000 Won (Kor). It sounded so nice you know. But that was our big mistake. Bennigans did not serve "no limit beer" only after one bottle. They said they did not expect to have such a lot of customers that night so beer had not prepared yet. I can fully understand that situation as it was too hot yesterday. However the reason I upset is their attitude on that situation. They gave us their kind only depending on customers complaint. I thoght they only want to cover that moment without sincere service mind. As I explained about my feeling, I could get free menu for next time together with no pay for beer and some discount. I have almost same experience before just that restuarant I spend last night a few years ago. At that time they sincerely feel sorry for their mistake. That is why I could get there quite a lot. 

Now.. I do not wanna go that place again at all. It ruined our day..!!! No matter which Bennigance would be, I think I do not visit it again.. I think I should let my quite big points to my sister though.. 

That is..just my experience.. so I do not wanna let u guys have some bad feeling about Bennigans.
