Green Tea Popular in Japan

I had a chance to read an article which talks about Green Tea. That is one of my favorite. The clip says green tea is becoming ever more popular these days in Japan. Green tea fights against bacteria and virus so when they go to Sushi bar, after the meal they are served Japanese green tea. Some peple gogle with green tea if they has a sore throat or feel like they're coming down with flu.

I have heard that Green tea has caffeine so when we have lots of drinking, we can get anemia. No matter what the rumor or the fact is happened on myself, I cannot help having green tea. It is cool enough and I can enjoy it instead of bottled plain water. It is more tasty. Moreover, it works really good on our head. That is enough for us to have it.



If I have one more to expect on the green tea, I would like to have different kinds of it if possible. Especially sweet one I am crazy about~~ ^^
